The hotel features beautiful design, making my family's stay feel special. The staff was attentive, particularly one who surprised my son with balloons, which made a real difference.

The overall atmosphere felt a bit too quiet at times.

Great Stay for a Special Occasion!

We enjoyed an incredible group celebration! The spacious rooms made for a comfortable stay, while access to the pool and sauna added a lovely touch. Don't miss the breakfast buffet. the variety truly stood out. Make sure to try the bar menu for delightful evening treats!

The beef dishes in the restaurant were legendary, a true culinary discovery! Plus, the pool was a hit with the kids, over 1.2m deep and great for splashing around. Oh, and the reception area was a smart, open...

The pool area was a delightful bonus for the children, and the staff were friendly and attentive. the overall aesthetic of the hotel felt somewhat generic, and the location, while decent, didn’t offer much in terms of nearby attractions.

The room had a great layout with a large TV and a comfortable sofa. The bathroom shower offered excellent water pressure. Staff were friendly, enhancing the overall experience.

Had a blast! The room was spacious and spotless, and the pool was just the right chill for my spa moment. Bonus points for the lovely shower products instead of those pesky plastic bottles!

Parking was a bit of a hunt, and I felt like I was solving a treasure map rather than checking into a hotel. Note to future guests, bring a GPS—or a magic wand!

The Superior Queen Room was spacious and super clean, which I loved. The bed was really comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. Plus, it was quiet even though the train station was nearby, so that was a nice surprise. Didn't notice anything major that bothered me, except I wished there was more info about room services within the room itself. All in all, a solid stay!

The hotel is spacious and modern, with friendly staff and a great breakfast. the family room was marketed as such, but the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable for my child. I wasn't happy that there was an extra charge for parking which I didn't expect.

I found the location of the hotel extremely convenient, especially since I had an early train to catch. The check-in process was quick, and my room felt very quiet, perfect for a good night's rest. It had all the essentials like tea and coffee facilities. An iron and ironing board, which I appreciated. I faced some issues with the pool access. Access cards were needed, and no staff was available to help when I needed towels at the pool. After multiple calls, someone eventually restocked them. the dining experience left a bit to be desired. It took a long time to confirm our meal order, and we only received one of the two children’s meals despite the wait. A 10% additional charge on the bill for staff felt inappropriate given the service we received. Finally, during my stay, I had a bit of an incident with the hair dryer. It snagged my hair, causing some pain and inconvenience, and I mentioned it during checkout, but the staff didn't seem to take it seriously. It’s clear some areas need improvement, particularly in staff responsiveness and maintenance. my stay had highlights, but the service glitches were frustrating.
